TechNews is back Online
By Joe Kaiser
TechNews has been, quite ironically, rather low-tech in the past year. That’s not to say we’re using a printing press and fashioning our own paper out of cyperus papyrus, but merely that our website hasn’t been operational.
No longer.
Now, every Tuesday, not only will the print edition be hitting the racks, but your news will be available online. Scope it out before you even leave the comfort of your home. I invite you, the reader, to visit technews.iit.edu and view our digital wonderland.
Furthermore, technews.iit.edu will serve from this day forth as the content management system for the publication. This is the first edition of the paper to be entirely managed and organized online. We hope this system will not only help us, but also make it easier for you.
Go ahead, click the “Submissions” button at the top of the page and submit an article to be published. It’ll go straight to our database and then – barring any pornography, bomb-making instructions, or similar infractions – quite possibly appear in next week’s edition. Visit technews.iit.edu right away – it’s of the utmost importance!
