Embracing the simple moments of life

“Welcome to the Matrix,” where everyone wants to move forward in the game and do everything right the first time they try. This intention is the reason behind the civilization coming as forward as it stands today. But we cannot help but wonder where else are we going to be taken. We want to have all answers ready but we forget to think about what the simple questions of life are. We forget to ask to ourselves: “Why are we rushing?”, “What are we doing?”, “Are we content?” Take a minute and ask yourselves these questions and check with yourselves if you have these answers ready. If you do, congratulations you have cracked the code. However, if you do not, there is a long way to go in all fair realities but that is alright because in this race of life we forget to consider that the whole point is to enjoy the race itself and not just be in it to taste sweet victory. Because victory is a high case of probability however the race itself is an instant which guarantees an experience whether good or bad is upon us.

To enjoy the process of doing something, one needs to find joy in the deed. It’s often quoted “do what you love, love what you do.” As human beings living on this terrain, we are blessed with consciousness which also remains as our curse. One might think about turning of their consciousness and experience life as it comes along but that would not make much sense because what would someone experience if they can’t feel that experience. I believe, to feel things one must stay intact with their emotions. If you want to find joy, we need to put our minds in a space where we allow ourselves to experience the sensation of joy. Now these are somethings that they do not teach you in schools or offices. These are some practices a human need to teach themselves on the same hand these cannot be brought with money. It is always fine to seek more of life but don’t forget to pay gratitude to the simple free moments of emotions that life offers you. Say for example, if you focus all your time when in your 20s to make memories then you wouldn’t make skills and habits to last you in your 30s however if you have spent all your 20s to just sit and study then you’d have missed making memories in your prime. Always remember to balance. Go out one weekend, sit home, and stay with yourself the following weekend.

Remember to have a balance, pay gratitude, count your blessings, and find love in your doings to be content with yourself. The times could be getting better or worse, but remember to feel your feelings rather than shutting them out.
